Description A glass column with a flowing ribbons of steel peeling off and fluttering in the wind
Caption The column is glass and the outer layers are of steel that look like they have been peeled away, with robbons floating in the air. Spectators viewing the sculpture from a distance may recognize that the green glass column is the same as the glass of the nearby Isacard building. The sculpture could be interpreted as a octopus-like construction floating in front of the buidling.
